Shipping policy
Shipping cost vary depending on the weight of the total package and your shipping zone. Please note that the boutique and freshie items come from two separate warehouses. Both warehouses are located in the US. Due to the separate locations; a shipping rate from each location will apply if items are purchased from both warehouses, and you will receive your items in two separate packages from each warehouse. The total shipping cost for your entire order will appear as one shipping cost/line item at the end of check out.Â
If your order qualifies for free shipping (economy shipping and US only) that will be reflected on your order after shipping details are entered.
Freshie Warehouse Shipping Cost (United States):
Rates are calculated based on the weight of total packaged items and the carriers current shipping rates, along with your shipping zone location. Rates will be calculated by the carrier at checkout. Holidays and weekends may impact longer shipping times.

Freshie Items Processing Times:
Please allow 3-14 business (holidays may impact longer shipping times) days for non-wholesale orders to process the order for shipment. Wholesale orders will take 7-14+ business days to process, sometimes longer, depending on the wholesale quantity. All freshie products are made fresh upon order. You will receive updates via email on the status of the order and when it ships. Majority of the freshie products ship USPS, of which have a quick shipping timeframe and the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it will be the 5-8 business days. This is not a guaranteed estimate of time, as once the package ships it is up to the carrier to deliver on time.
